I did the same in 90* heat with my 22GT 401a 10R80 with my tune and a stage 1 gen 5 whipple 3;0 and headers. Nothing else. 10.20@137. Its on my YT page.

Couple things I'd really like to know: 1) What colder plugs do you pair with these kits, specifically when they're built and making over 600 wheel? 2) Looks like this Mustang has an aftermarket radiator installed as well - do you ever run into fitment issues when combining larger radiators with Vortech kits? Hey brother, does Rousch void their warranty if you install headers like WHIPPLE DOES? I wish I would have never had the Whipple installed; you can DO NOTHING else to your car of Whipple voids their warranty. ITS BULL SH*T!

I just had this done to my 24, the ONLY WAY you get the 3/36 warranty is IF, a FORD CERTIFIED TECH performs the installation and uploads the job, vin and their employee ID number into the Ford System. Heres a BS fact, if you install headers on your car, Whipple IMMEDIATLY VOIDS THEIR WARRANTY! Be advised!!! That information is straight from Whipple.

Good video. Why 1 7/8” headers instead of 2” headers? Thinking of going with 2” headers for darkhorse with stage 2 whipple and AWE exhaust.

Great video. I live just up the road in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (CANADA), but may venture down to the shop next summer to get some work done on my 08 GT/CS or 07 Roush 427. TWO QUESTIONS: 1) Our fuel is a bit pricier here so I'm wondering if the larger cold air intake and a tune would give more HP, torque, throttle response and still lead to better fuel economy (assuming I don't mash the throttle more to hear the improved sound) or should I stick with a smaller Roush or K&N if I need to consider fuel economy? 2) I currently have a flowmaster cat-back exhaust on it. If I got a cold air and tune a) could the tune factor in both the intake and exhaust, and b) if I were to add high flow cats, long tubes, intake manifold, cams, etc later on do I pay for each incremental tune I get from you or are tunes provided free once the tuner is purchased from you?
